Memoryq

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 13, 2026

These terms apply when you use the Memoryq app for Android and the website memoryq.com (together, "Memoryq"). By creating an account or using Memoryq, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Memoryq.

Who can use Memoryq

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of adulthood where you live, you need a parent's or guardian's permission.

Your account

Your content

You own what you post: messages, photos, wall posts, comments and live video. So that we can run Memoryq, you give us permission to store, copy, show and transmit your content to the people you share it with, only for operating and improving Memoryq. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies other people already received (for example, messages in their chats).

Only post content you have the right to share.

Rules

Do not use Memoryq to:

You can report people and posts in the app and on the web. We may remove content, and suspend or delete accounts, that break these rules.

Calls and live video

Calls and live streams are relayed in real time and are not recorded by Memoryq. Respect the people you call and the people watching you, and do not record others without their permission.

Memoryq Radio and music

The music played on Memoryq Radio is owned by or licensed to Memoryq and its artists. You may listen through Memoryq for personal use; do not record, copy or rebroadcast it. "Get this song" links take you to other websites, which have their own terms.

AI content

Some content, such as news summaries and what the radio DJ says, is written or voiced by AI. It can contain mistakes and is not professional, financial, legal or medical advice. News summaries link to the original articles; check the source for the full story.

Ads

The Android app shows ads from Google AdMob. See our Privacy Policy for what that means for your information.

Early access

Memoryq is new and still changing. Features may change, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. During this early phase, Memoryq includes some demo profiles created by us to test features.

Ending your use

You can stop using Memoryq and ask us to delete your account at any time (see Deleting your account). We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or to protect other people.

Disclaimers and limits

Memoryq is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, Memoryq is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content posted by other people.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. For important changes we will let you know in the app or on the website. Continuing to use Memoryq after a change means you accept the new terms.
